On-site security: 5pm - 8am Monday to Friday and all day on weekends &
bank holidays. For any issues, please speak to the security guards in the
management office/reception or phone 0113 244 3799.
Report a faults & repairs: These should be logged using the
Unipol tenant portal. If you have issues with this, please contact the
Unipol site team for help.
Building-related queries: The Unipol site team can be contacted by email at carltonhill@unipol.org.uk or by
phone on 0113 244 3799.
Reception: Work hours are 8am - 8pm on weekdays (excluding bank
holidays), but please kindly note that reception may close at times when staff
are required elsewhere in the building (when this is the case, a whiteboard
will be displayed with the expected time for reception to re-open).
Mail: Letters are kept in boxes in reception and aimed to be delivered to flats once per week. Automatic emails from Unipol will be sent to residents when parcels are ready for collection, so you should not visit to collect before getting an email.
