Mandatory Welcome Talk (Online) Followed by Welcome Food
Monday 22nd September 6pm - 8pm
Food will be served outside Lupton
Join the mandatory talk to get more information about your accommodation, online at 6pm. Link to join will be sent to your university email. Followed by free welcome BBQ & pizza outside at 6.30pm
How the event will run: This talk from your Residence Life Warden involves an online presentation for approximately an hour which explains important information about living in residences, support and opportunities. The link to join will be emailed to your University email address in advance. This event will be followed by free dinner and drinks outside and this will encourage socialising, chatting and meeting other people from your residence. The talk is mandatory for all residents.
Llama Visit
Wednesday 24th September 12pm - 3pm
Outside Lupton
Come down to meet llamas for pet therapy!
How the event will run: This is an optional event and tickets are not required. At this event you can expect to meet 3 or 4 llamas. You will be able to interact with and learn about the llamas. You will be able to join at any time between 12-3pm and you can leave at any time.
Synthesis Coffee
Thursday 25th September from 8am

Join in for a chance to meet new people and enjoy a hot drink!
How the event will run: This is an optional event and tickets are not required. Free coffee will be distributed from 8am. You will have an opportunity to meet and socialise with the student living in Lupton. You can stay for as long as you would like and leave at any point.
Bowling at Tenpin
Thursday 25th September from 6pm
Meet at Tenpin Leeds, in the Merrion Centre, Leeds City Centre
Join in for a chance to meet new people and play bowling! Sign up and tickets are required

The entrance to Tenpin can be made wheelchair accessible via a chair lift.
How the event will run: This is an optional event, to attend you will need to sign up and show your ticket when you arrive. You will meet at the bowling alley, which is located in the Merrion Centre in the Leeds City Centre. You will be able to play 2 games of bowling. You will be able to leave at any time. Socialising is encouraged in this event.
