Mandatory Warden Welcome Talk (Blocks A - F)
Saturday 20th September from 7pm
The Refectory, Leeds University Union
Warden welcome talk followed by a free meal in The Refectory.
The Refectory is accessible via a ramp at the front entrance, and inside the venue there is step-free access throughout. Accessible toilets are located inside Leeds University Union in the foyer area, near to The Refectory.
How this event will run: This talk from your Residence Life Warden involves a presentation for approximately an hour, which explains important information about living in residences, support and opportunities. This event will include dinner and drinks and will encourage socialising, chatting and meeting other people from your residence. The talk is mandatory for all residents.

Thursday 25th September 2pm - 6pm
Outside at Leodis
Join in to meet new people living in your residence and get free pizza & BBQ food!
There is step-free access to the outside area of Leodis.
How this event will run: This is an optional event and tickets are not required. Free BBQ food and pizza will be served from 2pm. You will have an opportunity to meet and socialise with the students living in Leodis. You can stay for as long as you would like and can leave at any point.
